摘要
目的探讨上肢功能综合康复训练联合超声波疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛(HSP)患者上肢功能恢复的影响.方法选择2019年4月—2020年4月我院收治的脑卒中后HSP患者96例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组48例、观察组48例.对照组采用上肢功能综合康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用超声波疗法,两组均治疗4周.比较两组的治疗效果、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-UE)评分及Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表(CMS)评分.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的FMA-UA评分及各项CMS评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论上肢功能综合康复训练联合超声波疗法用于脑卒中后HSP患者的效果确切,能有效缓解肩痛,提升肩关节功能及上肢运动功能,利于患者的上肢功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of upper limb function rehabilitation training combined with ultrasonic therapy on upper limb function recovery of hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP)patients after stroke.Methods A total of 96 patients with HSP after stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation training of upper limb function,and the observation group received ultrasonic therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity scale(FMA-UE)score and Constant-Murley shoulder joint rating scale(CMS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.92%,higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA-UA score and the CMS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training of upper limb function combined with ultrasonic therapy has a definite effect on HSP patients after stroke,which can effectively relieve shoulder pain,improve shoulder joint function and upper limb motor function,and is conducive to the recovery of upper limb function of patients.
