摘要
目的探究颅脑损伤术后患者接受早期康复训练指导对其神经功能、生活能力的影响.方法选取西安交通大学第一附属医院2019年3月—2021年2月收治的121例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组及研究组.两组患者均接受手术治疗,术后,对照组60例患者采用常规治疗,研究组61例患者在此基础上接受早期康复训练指导.比较两组的治疗效果及预后情况.结果治疗后,观察组的神经缺损评分明显低于对照组,肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者对康复效果的满意度为98.36%,明显高于对照组的88.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论颅脑损伤患者术后接受早期康复训练指导,有助于改善神经功能,提高肢体运动功能并恢复日常生活能力,对提升其生活质量具有积极作用,应用价值较高.
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training instruction on neurological function and living ability of craniocerebral injury patients after surgery.Methods A total of 121 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by random drawing.Both groups received surgical treatment.After surgery,60 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 61 patients in the research group received early rehabilitation training instruction on this basis.The therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of nerve defect in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the scores of limb motor function and daily living activity were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with the rehabilitation effect in the observation group was 98.36%,which was significantly higher than 88.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training instruction for patients with craniocerebral injury after surgery can help to improve neurological function,improve limb motor function and restore the ability of daily life,which has a positive effect on improving their quality of life and has high application value.
