摘要
目的研究舒筋活血祛痛方熏蒸配合肌力训练和正骨手法治疗L_(4~5)腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节功能紊乱症的效果.方法选取2017年6月-2021年6月我院收治的86例L_(4~5)腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节功能紊乱症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例.对照组采用舒筋活血祛痛方熏蒸联合针灸治疗,治疗组采用舒筋活血祛痛方熏蒸配合肌力训练和正骨手法治疗.对比两组的治疗效果.结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后的疼痛评分更低,腰椎后伸活动度更大,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用舒筋活血祛痛方熏蒸配合肌力训练和正骨手法治疗L_(4~5)腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节功能紊乱症的效果理想,能减轻患者疼痛,改善腰椎活动度,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To study the effect of Shujin Huoxue Qutong Decoction fumigation combined with muscle strength training and bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of La s lumbar disc herniation complicated with sacroiliac joint dysfunetion.Methods A total of 86 patients with La-s lumbar dise herniation complicated with sacroiliac joint dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shujin Huoxue Qutong Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Shujin Huoxue Qutong Decoction fumigation combined with muscle strength training and bone-setting manipulation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.35%,higher than 76.74%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after treatment,the pain score of the treatment group was lower and the activity of lumbar extension was greater,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Shujin Huoxue Qutong Decoction fumigation combined with muscle strength training and bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of La-5 lumbar disc herniation complicated with sacroiliac joint dysfunction is ideal,which can reduce the pain of patients and improve the range of motion of the lumbar spine,which is worthy of clinical application.
