系统化教学模式对康复科实习护士教学效果及岗位胜任力的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Systematic Teaching Mode on Teaching Effect and Post Competence of Internship Nurses in Rehabilitation Department

摘要 目的探究系统化教学模式对康复科实习护士教学效果及岗位胜任力的影响.方法选取2019年6月—2021年7月于我院康复科实习的62名实习护士作为研究对象,将于2019年6月—2020年6月实施传统教学模式期间实习的31名实习护士设为对照组,于2020年7月—2021年7月实施系统化教学模式期间实习的31名实习护士设为观察组.两组实习时间均为12周.比较两组考核成绩、岗位胜任力、教学效果以及教学满意度.结果观察组考核成绩中理论知识评分(82.33±6.57)分、操作技能评分(87.35±6.24)分和岗位胜任力评分(92.23±5.48)分均高于对照组,教学效果中临床实践能力评分(82.39±3.67)分、独立学习能力评分(85.77±4.06)分、团队协作精神评分(86.68±3.88)分、沟通交流技巧评分(88.63±3.79)分均高于对照组,教学满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的74.19%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论系统化教学模式应用于康复科实习护士中,能够有效提高其理论知识、操作技能考核成绩及岗位胜任力,提升教学效果,进而使其获得更高的教学满意度. Objective To explore the influence of systematic teaching mode on the teaching effect and post competency of internship nurses in rehabilitation department.Methods 62 internship nurses who practiced in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from June 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,the 31 internship nurses who practiced during the implementation of the traditional teaching model from June 2019 to June 2020 were set as the control group,the 31 internship nurses who practiced during the implementation of the systematic teaching model from July 2020 to July 2021 were set as the observation group.Both groups have 12 weeks of internship.The assessment scores,post competency,teaching effects and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge scores(82.33±6.57)points,operational skills scores(87.35±6.24)points and post competency scores(92.23±5.48)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the clinical practice ability scores(82.39±3.67)points,independent learning ability scores(85.77±4.06)points,teamwork spirit scores(86.68±3.88)points,and communication skills scores(88.63±3.79)points in the teaching effect were higher than those of the control group,the teaching satisfaction was 96.77%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the systematic teaching mode to the internship nurses in the rehabilitation department can effectively improve their theoretical knowledge,operational skills assessment results and post competency,improve the teaching effect,and then make them obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
