摘要
目的探讨启膈消结汤辅助同步放化疗对局部晚期食管癌患者不良反应及免疫功能的影响.方法选择2018年11月—2021年11月该院收治的40例局部晚期食管癌患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=20)采用同步放化疗治疗,观察组(n=20)在对照组基础上采用启膈消结汤辅助治疗.比较两组近期疗效及3~4级不良反应发生率,另检测两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平以评估其免疫功能状态.结果两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组3~4级食管炎、呕吐、白细胞减少发生率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床针对局部晚期食管癌患者在同步放化疗基础上采用启膈消结汤辅助治疗,能减轻不良反应,改善患者免疫功能.
Objective To investigate the effects of Qige Xiaojie decoction assisted concurrent chemoradiotherapy on adverse reactions and immune function in patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 40 patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=20)was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group(n=20)was treated with the adjuvant treatment of Qige Xiaojie decoction on the basis of the control group.The short-term efficacy and the incidence of grade 3-4 adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were measured to evaluate the immune function status of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of grade 3-4 esophagitis,vomiting and leukopenia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical adjuvant treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer patients with Qige Xiaojie decoction on the basis of simultaneous radiotherapy can reduce the adverse effects and improve the immune function of patients.
