摘要
目的探讨小儿捏脊与穴位按摩联用对喂养不耐受早产儿并发症及康复效果的影响.方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月该院收治的120例喂养不耐受早产儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各60例.对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用小儿捏脊、穴位按摩治疗.比较两组临床疗效、喂养耐受率、并发症发生情况、症状评分及睡眠质量.结果研究组的治疗总有效率、喂养耐受率分别为96.67%、95.00%,均高于对照组的83.33%、80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均无并发症发生.治疗后,研究组呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组睡眠时长长于对照组,夜醒次数少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论小儿捏脊联合穴位按摩治疗喂养不耐受早产儿的疗效确切,不仅可减轻患儿临床症状,提高其喂养耐受率,还可改善其睡眠质量,促进患儿生长发育.
Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of chiropractic and acupoint massage in children on complications and rehabilitation of premature infants with feeding intolerance.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,120 preterm infants who were admitted to the hospital for the intolerance to feeding were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received chiropractic and acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,feeding tolerance rate,incidence of complications,symptom scores and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and feeding tolerance rate of the study group were 96.67%and 95.00%,respectively,which were higher than 83.33%and 80.00%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in either group.After treatment,the scores of vomiting,abdominal distension and gastric retention in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the number of night awakenings was less than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chiropractic combined with acupoint massage is effective in treating premature infants with feeding intolerance.It can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of the infants,improve their feeding tolerance rate,but also improve their sleep quality and promote their growth and development.
