摘要
目的分析电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍患者的疗效.方法选择2021年1月—2022年2月漯河市召陵区人民医院收治的60例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例.对照组采用盆底肌康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合电刺激治疗.对比两组的治疗效果.结果治疗前,两组盆底肌最大电压值、平均电压值相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组盆底肌最大电压值、平均电压值均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组改良牛津肌力分级量表(MOS)分级相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组MOS分级明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的治疗满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床在产后盆底功能障碍患者的治疗中采用电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练的效果确切,可以有效改善患者的盆底肌电压和肌力,患者的满意度也更高.
Objective To analyze the efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to Shaoling District People's Hospital of Luohe City from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the study group was treated with electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the maximum voltage value and average voltage value of pelvic floor muscles between the two groups(P﹥0.05);after treatment,the maximum voltage value and average voltage values of pelvic floor muscles in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the modified Oxford scale(MOS)grades between the two groups(P﹥0.05);after treatment,the MOS grade in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the use of electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction has an exact effect,which can effectively improve the patient's pelvic floor muscle voltage and muscle strength,and the patient's satisfaction is also higher.
