摘要
目的探究低频电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练在宫腔镜下全子宫切除术后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年1月—2021年1月于我院就诊的宫腔镜全子宫切除术后SUI患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例.对照组进行盆底肌康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用低频电刺激,均持续干预3个月.比较两组的SUI分度、盆底肌力及康复效果.结果干预后,观察组的SUI分度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电值分别为(5.07±0.51)μV、(5.66±0.46)μV,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的尿失禁问卷简表评分为(8.54±0.62)分,低于对照组的(13.51±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论低频电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练能有效改善宫腔镜下全子宫切除术后SUI患者的盆底肌力,减轻尿失禁症状.
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in patients with stress urinary incontinence(SUI)after hysteroscopic total hysterectomy.Methods 98 patients with SUI after hysteroscopic total hysterectomy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and the observation group received low-frequency electrical stimulation on this basis.The intervention lasted for 3 months in both groups.The SUI score,pelvic floor muscle strength and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SUI grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the electromyography values of class I and II muscle fibers in the observation group were(5.07±0.51)μV and(5.66±0.46)μV,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of international consultation on incontinence questionnaire urinary incontinence short form in the observation group was(8.54±0.62)points,which was lower than(13.51±1.01)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength and relieve urinary incontinence symptoms in SUI patients after hysteroscopic total hysterectomy.
