摘要
目的分析语言功能康复治疗用于脑卒中失语症患者的临床效果.方法选取2019年1—12月我院收治的267例脑卒中失语症患者,随机分为试验组135例、对照组132例.对照组应用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以语言功能康复治疗.比较两组治疗效果、语言功能、生活质量.结果试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组自发语言、复述、口语理解、命名评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组健康调查简表-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑卒中失语症患者予以语言功能康复治疗效果显著,能显著提升患者语言功能,有利于生活质量的提升,值得推广.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of language function rehabilitation treatment on patients with stroke aphasia.Methods 267 patients with stroke aphasia in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected,and randomly divided into 135 cases in the experimental group and 132 cases in the control group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was given language function rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,language function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the spontaneous language,retelling,oral comprehension,naming scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MOS item short from health survey score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Language function rehabilitation treatment was effective in patients with stroke aphasia,can significantly improve their language function,is conducive to the improvement of quality of life,and worth promotion.
