摘要
目的探究刺血拔罐疗法治疗气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者的临床效果及对其平均听阈值的影响.方法选择2020年3月—2021年5月我院收治的102例气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各51例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用刺血拔罐疗法治疗,均持续治疗14 d.比较两组临床疗效、平均听阈值.结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组平均听阈值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组平均听阈值均低于治疗前,且观察组平均听阈值低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论刺血拔罐疗法治疗气滞血瘀型耳鸣患者的临床效果确切,能够降低患者的平均听阈值,具有临床推广应用价值.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of blood pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of tinnitus patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type and the effect of this therapy on the average hearing threshold of patients.Methods 102 patients with tinnitus of qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were treated in the hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with blood pricking and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy and average hearing threshold were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than 80.39%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the average hearing threshold between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the average hearing thresholds of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the average hearing thresholds of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of blood pricking and cupping therapy in the treatment of tinnitus patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type is exact,it can reduce the average hearing threshold of patients,and has clinical promotion and application value.
