摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩配合大黄粉敷脐对开颅术后便秘患者排便功能的影响.方法选取2020年7月-2021年7月在本院就诊的80例开颅术后便秘患者,采用简单随机分组将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组采用大黄粉敷脐治疗,观察组在此基础上采用穴位按摩治疗,均持续治疗5d.比较两组的疗效、首次排便时间、排便频率、排便症状及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的术后首次排便时间为(18.17±3.21)h,明显短于对照组的(21.06±4.25)h,观察组术后第5天的排便频率评分为(0.49±0.06)分,明显低于对照组的(0.88±0.19)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后首次排便时,两组的大便性状、排便速度及排便费力程度评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第5天,观察组的大便性状、排便速度及排便费力程度评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为12.50%,与对照组的20.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论穴位按摩配合大黄粉敷脐治疗开颅术后便秘患者的疗效理想,可显著改善患者排便指标,安全性良好,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with rhubarb powder for umbilical application on defecation function in patients with constipation after craniotomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with constipation after craniotomy admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected and were divided into an observation group and a control group by simple random grouping,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rhubarb powder for umbilical application,while the observation group received acupoint massage on this basis.Both groups were treated for 5 days.The efficacy,first defecation time,defecation frequency,defecation symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation time of the observation group was(18.17±3.21)h,which was significantly shorter than(21.06±4.25)h of the control group,the defecation frequency score of the observation group on the 5th day after operation was(0.49±0.06)points,which was significantly lower than(0.88±0.19)points of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the first postoperative defecation,there were no significant differences in the scores of defecation traits,defecation speed and defecation effort between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th day after operation,the scores of defecation traits,defecation speed and defecation effort in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.50%,compared with 20.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with rhubarb powder applied to umbilicus in the treatment of patients with constipation after craniotomy is effective and can significantly improve the defecation indexes of patients with good safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
