摘要
目的探讨前庭康复训练在突发性耳聋(SD)伴眩晕患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年3月—2021年5月该院收治的SD伴眩晕患者82例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例.对照组采用药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合前庭康复训练,两组均持续治疗2周.对比两组治疗前后听力及前庭功能.结果观察组治疗后听力阈值(29.33±2.85)dB低于对照组的(32.26±3.42)dB,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后眩晕障碍量表中躯体评分(2.02±0.15)分、情感评分(3.03±0.44)分及功能评分(2.93±0.36)分均低于对照组的(3.15±0.17)分、(5.02±1.01)分、(5.28±1.11)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论前庭康复训练在SD伴眩晕患者中具有较好效果,利于促进听力恢复,改善前庭功能,减轻眩晕症状.
Objective To explore the application effect of vestibular rehabilitation training on patients with sudden deafness(SD)and vertigo.Methods 82 patients with SD and vertigo admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to be treated for 2 weeks.The hearing and vestibular function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The hearing threshold(29.33±2.85)dB in the observation group was lower than(32.26±3.42)dB in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical score(2.02±0.15)points,the emotional score(3.03±0.44)points and the functional score(2.93±0.36)points in the dizziness handicap inventory in the observation group were lower than(3.15±0.17)points,(5.02±1.01)points and(5.28±1.11)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vestibular rehabilitation training has a good effect in patients with SD and vertigo,which is conducive to promoting hearing recovery,improving vestibular function and alleviating vertigo symptoms.
