短时多次蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究短时多次蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果.方法选择2021年1—12月本院收治的78例新生儿黄疸患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各39例.对照组采取持续蓝光照射疗法,观察组应用短时多次蓝光照射疗法,均持续治疗1周.比较两组临床疗效、血清胆红素、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率.结果观察组治疗总有效率94.87%高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组血清胆红素、炎症因子水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清总胆红素水平(104.38±12.13)μmol/L、直接胆红素水平(4.25±0.63)μmol/L、间接胆红素水平(101.32±10.35)μmol/L、降钙素原水平(0.43±0.08)ng/mL、C反应蛋白水平(8.43±1.05)mg/L均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率2.56%低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与持续蓝光照射疗法相比,短时多次蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿黄疸效果更佳,可进一步降低血清胆红素及炎症因子水平,且不良反应少,具有临床推广价值. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of short-term multiple blue light irradiation therapy on neonatal jaundice.Methods 78 infants with neonatal jaundice admitted in the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation therapy,while the observation group was treated with short-term and multiple blue light irradiation therapy,with both interventions for 1 week.The clinical effect,serum bilirubin,inflammatory factors levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 94.87%of the observation group was higher than 79.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum bilirubin and inflammatory factors levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,serum total bilirubin level(104.38±12.13)μmol/L,direct bilirubin level(4.25±0.63)μmol/L,indirect bilirubin level(101.32±10.35)μmol/L,procalcitonin level(0.43±0.08)ng/mL and C-reactive protein level(8.43±1.05)mg/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.56%in the observation group was lower than 20.51%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the continuous blue light irradiation therapy,short-term multiple blue light irradiation therapy is more effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can further reduce the levels of serum bilirubin and inflammatory factors,and has less adverse reactions,which has clinical promotion value.
