量化功能训练在桡骨近腕关节处骨折患者康复护理中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨量化功能训练在桡骨近腕关节处骨折患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年2月—2022年2月兰陵县人民医院收治的桡骨近腕关节处骨折患者94例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.对照组进行常规功能训练,观察组在此基础上进行量化功能训练,均持续12周.对比两组的疼痛程度、腕关节活动度及腕关节功能.结果观察组护理后的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.07±0.33)分,低于对照组的(2.11±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的腕关节背伸度、掌屈度、桡角度、旋前度、旋后度分别为(45.42±8.60)°、(53.56±5.85)°、(14.62±2.46)°、(85.86±8.62)°、(87.81±8.11)°,均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后Cooney腕关节功能评估标准中的疼痛、功能状态、握力、伤肢背伸/掌屈、活动度评分分别为(19.24±1.70)分、(20.26±1.79)分、(19.98±2.05)分、(20.26±1.52)分、(20.28±1.92)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论桡骨近腕关节处骨折患者进行量化功能训练,可减轻疼痛,提升腕关节活动度,促进腕关节功能恢复,值得临床推广使用. Objective To evaluate the effect of quantitative functional training in patients with fracture of the proximal wrist of the radius.Methods A total of 94 patients of proximal wrist fracture of radius treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine functional training,and the observation group received quantitative functional training on this basis.Both groups lasted for 12 weeks.The degree of pain,wrist range of motion and wrist function were compared between the two groups.Results The pain visual analog scale score of the observation group was(1.07±0.33)points,which was lower than(2.11±0.42)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The carpal dorsi extension,palm flexion,radial angle,pronation and supination degrees of the observation group after nursing were(45.42±8.60)°,(53.56±5.85)°,(14.62±2.46)°,(85.86±8.62)°,(87.81±8.11)°,respectively,which were all greater than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of pain,functional status,grip strength,dorsiflexion/palm flexion and range of motion of the Cooney criteria for wrist function evaluation in the observation group were(19.24±1.70)points,(20.26±1.79)points,(19.98±2.05)points,(20.26±1.52)points and(20.28±1.92)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative functional training for patients with proximal wrist fracture of radius can reduce pain,improve wrist range of motion,and promote the recovery of wrist function,which is worthy of clinical application.
