摘要
目的探究快速康复外科理念结合延续护理对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者康复进程及心理状态的影响.方法纳入本院2020年2月—2022年2月收治的86例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科理念结合延续护理,均持续护理3个月.比较两组的术后恢复情况、心理状态、并发症发生情况及护理满意度.结果观察组的引流管拔出时间、静脉输液时间、住院时间均短于对照组,入院后体重下降低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论快速康复外科理念结合延续护理能有效减轻口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症发生,加快术后康复,进而提高护理满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of the fast track surgery concept combined with continuous nursing on the rehabilitation process and psychological status of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods A total of 86 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled and were divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received fast track surgery concept combined with continuous nursing.Both groups continued nursing for 3 months.The postoperative recovery,psychological status,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The drainage tube withdrawal time,intravenous infusion time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the weight loss after admission was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.60%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fast track surgery concept combined with continuous nursing can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors,reduce the occurrence of complications,speed up postoperative rehabilitation,and improve nursing satisfaction.
