摘要
目的探究阑尾切除术后患者采用吴茱萸加粗盐热熨神阙穴对其胃肠功能的影响.方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月该院收治的60例阑尾切除术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上采用吴茱萸加粗盐热熨神阙穴.比较两组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间、干预前后生活质量和中医证候积分.结果试验组术后首次排气时间(18.24±1.05)h、首次排便时间(20.05±1.11)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(24.05±2.05)h、住院时间(4.02±1.01)d均明显短于对照组的(20.34±1.24)h、(23.34±1.57)h、(26.34±2.43)h、(5.78±1.27)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组干预前健康调查简表(SF-36)中4个维度评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SF-36中4个维度评分均较同组干预前增加,且试验组SF-36中4个维度评分均比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐积分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐积分均明显比同组干预前降低,试验组腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐积分均比对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于阑尾切除术后患者使用吴茱萸加粗盐热熨神阙穴,有助于促进其胃肠功能恢复,缩短康复时间,提高生活质量.
Objective To investigate the effect of hot pressing Shenque point with evodia rutaecarpa plus coarse salt on the gastrointestinal function of patients after appendectomy.Methods 60 patients after appendectomy admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intervention,and the experimental group was treated with hot pressing Shenque point with evodia rutaecarpa plus coarse salt on the basis of the control group.The postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time,hospital stay,quality of life and TCM syndrome score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay time of the experimental groups were(18.24±1.05)h,(20.05±1.11)h,(24.05±2.05)h and(4.02±1.01)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than(20.34±1.24)h,(23.34±1.57)h,(26.34±2.43)h,(5.78±1.27)d of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of four dimensions in the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)before intervention were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of four dimensions in the SF-36 in both groups increased compared with those of the same group before intervention,and the scores of four dimensions in the SF-36 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in both groups were significantly lower than of the same group before intervention,and the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after appendectomy,hot pressing Shenque point with evodia rutaecarpa plus coarse salt is helpful to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,shorten the recovery time and improve the quality of life.
