仿生物电技术联合加速康复外科理念在全盆底重建术围术期护理中的应用研究

Application of Bioelectric Technology Combined with Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Total Pelvic Floor Reconstruction

摘要 目的探讨仿生物电技术联合加速康复外科理念(ERAS)在全盆底重建术围术期护理中的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年5月于本院行全盆底重建术的150例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各75例.对照组采用ERAS模式进行围术期护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合仿生物电技术.对比两组围术期指标、并发症、盆底功能及生活质量.结果两组手术操作耗时、术中失血量对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后首次排气、排便、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预3个月后,研究组盆底肌平均电压与最大电压均高于对照组,盆底障碍简易问卷评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论仿生物电技术联合ERAS理念在全盆底重建术围术期护理中具有显著的应用效果,可加快患者的康复进程,促进盆底功能恢复,保障生活质量,适于临床推广. Objective To explore the application effect of bioelectric technology combined with the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in perioperative nursing of total pelvic floor reconstruction.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent total pelvic floor reconstruction in the hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ERAS mode for perioperative nursing,and the study group was combined with bioelectric technology based on the control group.The perioperative indicators,complications,pelvic floor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time and intraoperative blood loss(P>0.05);the first postoperative exhaust,defecation and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the average voltage and maximum voltage of pelvic floor muscles in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of the pelvic floor impact questionnaire-7 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biomimetic technology combined with the ERAS concept has a significant application effect in the perioperative nursing of full pelvic floor reconstruction,which can speed up the patient's rehabilitation process,promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,and ensure the quality of life,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
