摘要
目的分析热敏灸联合认知功能康复治疗肾精亏虚型脑卒中后认知障碍的效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月本院收治的82例肾精亏虚型脑卒中后认知障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用认知功能康复治疗,观察组在此基础上采用热敏灸,均连续治疗4周.对比两组患者的认知功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果治疗后,观察组的简易智能量表评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的日常生活活动能力评分为(81.26±3.88)分,高于对照组的(74.89±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷内各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用热敏灸联合认知功能康复治疗肾精亏虚型脑卒中后认知障碍患者的效果理想,可有效恢复其认知功能,提升日常生活能力,改善生活质量,临床应用价值较高.
Objective To analyze the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with cognitive function rehabilitation on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke of kidney essence deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke of kidney essence deficiency type admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cognitive function rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with heatsensitive moxibustion on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The cognitive function,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of mini-mental state examination and Montreal cognitive assessment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the activities of daily living score of the observation group was(81.26±3.88)points,higher than(74.89±3.21)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with cognitive function rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke with kidney essence deficiency type is ideal,which can effectively restore their cognitive function,improve their daily living ability and improve the quality of life,and has high clinical application value.
