摘要
目的探讨基于镜像神经元系统的手动作观察训练联合认知康复治疗在脑卒中非流畅性失语症的临床价值.方法选取2021年4月—2022年12月该院康复科收治的40例脑卒中非流畅性失语症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各20例.对照组采用常规言语治疗(如Schuell刺激法、PACE技术等),观察组在对照组的基础上增加手动作观察疗法联合认知康复治疗,3周为1个疗程,连续治疗1个疗程.两组患者均于治疗前后对患者的言语功能汉语标准失语症检查(CRRCAE)评分进行评估及做统计学分析比较.结果治疗后,两组CRRCAE各亚项正确答案率均较治疗前提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为80%,大于对照组的70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于镜像神经元系统的手动作观察训练联合认知康复治疗对脑卒中非流畅性失语症可有效提升脑卒中后失语症患者的恢复效果,加快患者语言功能恢复.
Objective To explore the clinical value of hand movement observation training based on mirror neuron system combined with cognitive rehabilitation in patients with stroke non-fluent aphasia.Methods Forty patients with stroke non-fluent aphasia admitted to the rehabilitation department of the hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 20 cases each by random number table method.The control group received conventional speech therapy(such as Schuell stimulation method,PACE technology,etc.),and the observation group was added hand movement observation therapy combined with cognitive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group,3 weeks for 1 course of treatment,and 1 course of continuous treatment.The Chinese Standard Aphasia test(CRRCAE)scores of the two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the correct answer rates of each subitem of CRRCAE in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 80%,which was higher than 70%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hand movement observation and training based on mirror neuron system combined with cognitive rehabilitation can effectively improve the recovery effect of stroke patients with non-fluent aphasia and accelerate the recovery of language function.
