摘要
目的分析半导体激光联合康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的影响.方法选取2019年3-2022年10月上海市第一康复医院收治的LDH患者100例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组患者采用康复训练干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用半导体激光干预,持续干预8周.比较两组腰椎疼痛、生活质量、腰椎功能、腰背肌力及腰椎活动度.结果干预后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数分别为(1.23±0.64)分、(30.43±3.31)分,均低于对照组的(2.41±0.77)分、(40.62±4.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,腰背屈肌/伸肌比低于对照组,腰背伸展状态时的平均功率、峰力矩均高于对照组,腰椎前屈活动度、后伸活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与常规康复训练干预相比,半导体激光联合康复训练在减轻LDH患者腰部疼痛、增强腰背肌力、提升腰椎活动度、改善腰椎功能及生活质量方面具有显著优势.
Objective To analyze the effect of semiconductor laser combined rehabilitation training on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training intervention,and the observation group was supplemented with semiconductor laser intervention for 8 weeks.The two groups were compared with lumbar pain,quality of life,lumbar spine function,lumbar back muscle strength and lumbar range of motion.Results After intervention,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score and Oswestry Disability Index score of the observation group were(1.23±0.64)points and(30.43±3.31)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.41±0.77)points and(40.62±4.18)points of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in quality of life were higher than those in the control group,and the ratio of lumbar flexor/extensor muscles was lower than that of the control group,and the average power and peak moment in the state of lumbar back extension were higher than those in the control group,and the range of motion and posterior extension of the lumbar spine were higher than those of the control group,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation training intervention,semiconductor laser combined with rehabilitation training has significant advantages in alleviating lumbar pain,enhancing lumbar back muscle strength,improving lumbar range of motion,and improving lumbar spine function and quality of life in LDH patients.
