摘要
目的探讨补肺消积汤联合生物反馈技术对晚期肺癌患者免疫状态及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取菏泽市牡丹区中医医院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的80例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用TP方案治疗,观察组在此基础上采用补肺消积汤联合生物反馈技术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、免疫功能及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组的客观缓解率及疾病控制率分别为62.50%、85.00%,均高于对照组的32.50%、62.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺消积汤联合生物反馈技术能提高晚期肺癌患者的治疗效果,改善其免疫功能,抑制炎症因子表达,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Bufei Xiaoji Decoction combined with biofeedback technology on immune status and inflammatory factors of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Heze City Mudan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TP regimen,and the observation group was treated with Bufei Xiaoji Decoction combined with biofeedback technology on this basis.The clinical efficacy,immune function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the objective remission rate and disease control rate in the observation group were 62.50%and 85.00%,respectively,which were higher than 32.50%and 62.50%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the monocyte/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bufei Xiaoji Decoction combined with biofeedback technology can improve the therapeutic effect of advanced lung cancer patients,improve their immune function,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
