摘要
目的探讨电针与刺血拔罐疗法联合西药治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2019年12月—2022年12月湖北省漳县中医医院皮肤科收治的80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者予以口服加巴喷丁胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针与刺血拔罐疗法,两组均治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、人血清P物质(SP)和神经肽Y(NPY)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,SP、NPY水平均低于对照组,PSQI的各维度评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针与刺血拔罐疗法联合西药治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果显著,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,调节SP、NPY水平,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture and cupping therapy combined with western medicine on pain degree and sleep quality of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in the Dermatology department of Zhangxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei Province from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral gabapentin capsule,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,human serum Substance P(SP)and neuropeptide Y(NPY),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the levels of SP and NPY were lower than those of control group,and the scores of PSQI in all dimensions were lower than those of control group,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture and blood pricking cupping therapy combined with Western medicine have significant effects on patients with postherpetic neuralgia,which can effectively reduce pain,adjust SP and NPY levels,and improve sleep quality.
