摘要
目的分析养阴益气化瘀方对气阴两虚夹瘀型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月该院收治的80例气阴两虚夹瘀型DN患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以养阴益气化瘀方治疗,持续用药3个月。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组丙二醛为(11.46±1.01)μmol/L,血肌酐为(57.25±5.12)μmol/L,尿素氮为(3.49±0.28)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(17.53±1.69)μmol/L、(63.45±6.35)μmol/L、(5.01±0.53)mmol/L,超氧化物歧化酶为(289.65±16.68)U/mL,高于对照组的(251.56±13.59)U/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养阴益气化瘀方可控制气阴两虚夹瘀型DN患者氧化应激反应,改善肾功能,且无严重不良反应,可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huayu prescription on Qi-Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis Type diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods 80 patients Qi-Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis Type DN admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi Huayu decoction on the basis of the control group,lasting for 3 months.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were(11.46±1.01)μmol/L,(57.25±5.12)μmol/L and(3.49±0.28)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(17.53±1.69)μmol/L,(63.45±6.35)μmol/L,(5.01±0.53)mmol/L in the control group,the levels of superoxide dismutase was(289.65±16.68)U/mL,which was higher than(251.56±13.59)U/mL in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Yiqi Huayu decoction can control the oxidative stress response of Qi-Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis Type DN patients,improve renal function,and has no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
