摘要
目的探究亮丙瑞林配合腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(EMA)的临床效果.方法选取我院2021年6月—2022年6月收治的80例EMA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗以及术后给予注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球.对比两组患者的临床效果、性激素和血清生化因子水平.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后,黄体生成素、糖类抗原125、复发率、高迁移率族蛋白B1、雌二醇、基质金属蛋白酶-9、卵泡生成激素、调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌因子均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论亮丙瑞林配合腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗EMA有助于改善性激素水平和血清生化因子水平,减少复发率,临床效果显著,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of leuprorelin combined with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian endometriotic cysts(EMA).Methods 80 patients with EMA treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision and given leprerelin acetate microspheres for injection after surgery.The clinical effects,levels of sex hormones and serum biochemical factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone,carbohydrate antigen 125,recurrence rate,high mobility group protein B1,estradiol,matrix metalloproteinase-9,follicle-generating hormone,regulation and activation of normal T cell expression and secretion factors were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The combination of leuprorelin and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of EMA can improve sex hormone levels and serum biochemical factor levels,reduce recurrence rates,and have significant clinical effects.It is worth promoting.
