摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展,轨道交通逐渐成为特大(大)城市骨干交通方式,以轨道交通为核心,常规公交、慢行交通构成的多模式交通出行网络日趋成熟.与此同时,出行者更注重出行品质与体验.在此背景下,道路交通规划过程中应充分考虑各交通主体空间资源分配问题,强化道路绿色与品质化建设.以城市道路为研究对象,把握轨道交通建设契机,以推进多层次交通子系统协同发展为目标,多角度阐述问题并提出相应策略,将交通空间与城市空间统筹考虑,重新布局,从绿色交通、品质交通、智慧交通3个维度开展多模式一体化整合规划.以坪山区东纵路为例,强化交通空间与城市空间的融合,落实精细化、一体化规划理念,旨在达到交通系统绿色和谐的同时提升城市活力,具有一定应用价值.
With the development of China's social economy,rail transit has gradually become the backbone transportation mode of mega(large)cities.With rail transit as the core,the multi-mode transportation network composed of conventional bus and slow traffic is becoming more and more mature.At the same time,travelers pay more attention to travel quality and experience.In this context,in the process of road traffic planning,we should fully consider the spatial resource allocation of each traffic subject and strengthen the green and quality construction of roads.Taking urban roads as the research object,this paper grasps the opportunity of rail transit construction,aims at promoting the coordinated development of multi-level transportation subsystems,expounds the problems from multiple angles and puts forward corresponding strategies,considers the traffic space and urban space as a whole,rearranges the layout,and carries out multi-mode integrated planning from the three dimensions of green transportation,quality transportation and intelligent transportation.Taking Dongzong road in Pingshan district as an example,strengthening the integration of traffic space and urban space and implementing the concept of refined and integrated planning are aimed at achieving green and harmonious transportation system and improving urban vitality,which has certain application value.
