摘要
随着我国的经济不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,生活质量也逐渐变得越来越高,对于体育锻炼的重视度也在不断增加,乒乓球是我国的国球,乒乓球运动普及范围广,适合各个年龄阶层的人们参加,而且打法多种多样,乒乓球既具有娱乐性,又具有很强的技术性,在正式比赛中,乒乓球考验的不仅仅是选手的实力,还有心理素质,对于战术的制定调整,在这其中,合理的技术动作是赢得比赛的基础.本文主要对乒乓球动作教学关键事项进行了分析,结合个人的工作经验,给出了乒乓球非常规技术动作的应用策略建议,仅供相关人士参考.
With the continuous development of China's economy,people's living standards are constantly improving,the quality of life is gradually becoming higher and higher,and the importance of physical exercise is also increasing.Table tennis is our country's ball.Table tennis has a wide range of popularity,which is suitable for people of all ages to participate in,and plays a variety of ways.Table tennis has both entertainment and strong skills.In the formal competition,table tennis tests not only the strength of the players,but also the psychological quality,the formulation and adjustment of tactics,in which reasonable technical action is the basis to win the competition.This paper mainly analyzes the key issues of table tennis movement teaching,combined with personal work experience,gives the application strategy suggestions of unconventional technical movements of table tennis,for the reference of relevant people.
