摘要
"财务管理"课程是南京财经大学红山学院的核心专业基础课程之一.文章首先介绍了线上线下混合式教学的内涵和优点,接着介绍了当前混合式教学在国内外的应用情况,然后以南京财经大学红山学院"财务管理"课程为例,讲述了其混合教学模式的设计与实施,并分析了混合教学模式对该课程的影响,包括对学生学习效果的改变以及对教师教学方法和教学效果的影响,希望可以提升教师的教学质量和学生的学习成果,实现应用型人才培养目标.
The"Financial Management"course is one of the core professional basic courses at Hongshan College,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.The article first introduces the connotation and advantages of online and offline blended teaching,and then introduces the current application of blended teaching at home and abroad.Then,taking the"Financial Management"course at Hongshan College,Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as an example,it discusses the design and implementation of its blended teaching mode,and analyzes the impact of the blended teaching mode on the course.This includes changes in students'learning outcomes and the impact on teachers'teaching methods and outcomes.It is hoped that it can improve the quality of teachers'teaching and students'learning outcomes,and achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
