摘要
大学生转专业充分体现了以生为本的理念,既满足大学生个性化的发展需求,又提高了高校人才培养的质量.文章分析了大学生转专业的原因,以及转专业后存在的学业压力大、集体归属感不强等不适应性问题,并提出应对策略,如高校应做好学科专业特色解读、发挥高校导师制作用等,以期为改善大学生转专业服务和提高高校人才培养质量提供参考依据.
The conversion of college students to majors fully reflects the student-centered concept,which not only meets the personalized development needs of college students,but also improves the quality of talent cultivation in universities.On the basis of long-term work practice,this paper analyzes the reasons for college students to change their majors,as well as the maladaptive problems such as high academic pressure and weak sense of collective belonging that exist after transferring majors,and puts forward countermeasures such as universities should do a good job in interpreting the characteristics of disciplines and majors,and give play to the role of the mentorship in universities,in order to provide reference for improving college students'professional transfer services and improving the quality of talent training in universities.
