摘要
近年来,新兴工科专业发展迅速,合理构建其评价指标体系具有重要的理论价值与现实意义.文章基于CIPP评估模型,应用德尔菲专家咨询法与层次分析法,结合人才培养需求与新兴工科专业的特征确定了包含6个一级指标、18个二级指标及主要观测点的评价指标体系,并测算得到各评价指标的权重向量,进而针对高校新兴工科专业建设提出强调多学科交叉融合、关注培养方案"柔性化"、注重实践教学与创新创业教育、坚持持续改进理念等四点针对性建议.
In recent years,emerging engineering majors have been developing rapidly,and it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to construct a reasonable index system for evaluating the majors scientifically.Based on the CIPP model,this system includes 6 primary indexes,18 secondary indexes and main observation points,is established by implementing Delphi expert consultation method,and the weight vector of each index is obtained by applying hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights of each index.And then put forward four suggestions for the construction of the majors,including emphasizing the cross-fertilization of multiple disciplines,paying attention to the flexibility of cultivation programs,focusing on practical teaching and entrepreneurship education,and insisting on the concept of continuous improvement.
