摘要
目的:探讨通痹逐瘀汤在湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎(GA)治疗中的临床价值.方法:选择2020年2月至2021年2月在郑州中医骨伤病医院接受治疗的90例湿热痹阻型GA患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组.对照组45例,行常规西医治疗,观察组45例,在对照组基础上采取通痹逐瘀汤治疗.治疗3个月后,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗3个月后膝关节功能[膝关节功能量表(WOMAC)]、治疗期间不良反应发生情况(恶心、腹泻、便秘).结果:治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为93.33%(42/45)高于对照组77.78%(35/45)(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组疼痛、僵硬、关节功能及WOMAC总分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05).结论:通痹逐瘀汤能够改善湿热痹阻型GA患者膝关节功能,提高临床治疗效果,且安全性较高.
Objective:The purpose of this study was to determine the clinical efficacy of Tongbi Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis(GA)of the dampness heat obstruction type.Methods:Ninety patients with GA of the dampness heat obstruction type who received treatment at Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Orthopaedics between February 2020 and February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.45 cases in the control group received conventional western medicine,while 45 cases in the observation group were treated with received Tongbi Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,knee function prior to and three months after treatment[Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)]and adverse reactions during treatment(nausea,diarrhea,and constipation)were compared between the two groups after three months.Results:After three months of treatment,the observation group's total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45),significantly higher than the control group's 77.78%(35/45)(P<0.05);after three months of treatment,both groups'total scores for pain,stiffness,joint function,and WOMAC were lower than before treatment,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.05);during treatment,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongbi Zhuyu Decoction has been shown to improve knee joint function in GA patients with damp heat obstruction,enhance clinical treatment effect,and is extremely safe.
