摘要建构与时俱进的当代村落文化,是全面推进乡村振兴战略的题中应有之义.现阶段乡村村落文化的建构面临乡村传统文化传承的断层化、现代主流价值观涵育的表层化、乡村文化建构的空心化等问题.在建构现代村落文化进程中,乡贤承担着重要使命,迫切需要其发挥引领和主导作用.在当代村落文化建构中发挥乡贤的引领和主导作用,有利于继承乡村治理的文化传统,有利于社会主义核心价值观在农村的落地生根,有利于消解乡村文化建构的空心化.在建构当代村落文化进程中,需要注重传承和建构与时俱进的乡贤文化、需要在村落文化建构中将乡贤的引领和村民群众的广泛参与结合起来、需要将核心价值观的倡导和村落特色文化的利用结合起来,需要将乡贤资源的发掘利用与城乡一体化建设的推进结合起来. Constructing the contemporary village culture which keeps pace with the times is an integral part of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,the construction of rural village culture is faced with such tricky problems as the disruption of the inheritance of rural traditional culture,the superficialization of modern mainstream values,and the hollowness of rural culture construction.In the process of constructing the modern village culture,the village sages have to bear important missions and it is urgent for them to play a pioneering and leading role,which is conducive to inheriting the cultural tradition of rural governance,to fostering the roots of socialist core values in rural areas,and to dispelling the hollowness of rural cultural construction.In the evolution of the contemporary village culture construction,it is especially necessary to pay more attention to inheriting and constructing the village sage culture that advances with the times,to combining the leadership of the village sages with the extensive participation of the villagers in the construction of village culture,to integrating the advocacy of core values with the utilization of the village characteristic culture,and to merging the exploration and utilization of village sage resources with the promotion of urban-rural integration.
