摘要
通过煤气管道的强度计算分析,探讨了内压应力及架空管道跨度强度弯曲应力的关系;跨度强度壁厚计算公式中许用应力、横向焊缝系数、管道基本荷载的选取;干法除尘系统煤气管道的特殊点;管道横向焊缝接头的重要性及检测;并提出了管道设计寿命的建议。
Through analysis of strength calculation of gas pipes,the paper discussesabout the relationship between internal pressure stress and span strength bending stress ofoverhead pipes,allowable stress in the calculation formula of span strength wall thickness,transverse weld factor and choice of basic load of pipeline,characteristics of the gas pipesin dry dedusting system as well as the importance and inspection of pipe transverse weldjoints.Recommendations on the designed life of pipes are also provided.
