摘要
BIM技术产生于信息化、智能化时代背景下,其被誉为建筑工程建模的第二次革命.随着信息技术的发展,BIM技术也已逐渐成熟,应用于工程建设的全生命周期.BIM技术在工程项目管理、管线综合、建筑设计等方面的应用已趋于完善.然而,BIM技术在地铁、地下商业建筑等地下工程结构设计中的应用研究较少.本文系统总结BIM技术在结构设计中的应用研究,并基于青岛九水东路地铁站,利用信息模型进行方案设计优化,使得车站小里程端缩短3.7m,直接降低工程造价约110万元,实现了压缩、优化车站规模及深化施工设计的目的.同时,应用BIM建模软件进行九水东路站的正向设计,分析在结构构件建立、结构配筋、工程量计算等一系列工作,为以后地铁设计中使用BIM技术进行设计优化提供思路.
BIM technology,which is originated from the background of informationization and intelligence,is known as the second revolution of architectural engineering modeling.With the development of information technology,BIM technology has gradually matured and is applied to the whole life cycle of engineering construction.The application of BIM technology in engineering project management,pipeline integration and architectural design has been perfected.However,the application of BIM technology in the design of underground engineering structures such as subways and underground commercial buildings is less.The author summarized the BIM technology in structural design,based on Qingdao Jiushui East Road Subway Station,the information model was used to optimize the design of the scheme,which shoaened the station’S the scale by 3.7 m,and reduced the project cost by about 1.1 million yuan directly.The purposes of compressing and optimizing the scale of the station and deepening the construction design were realized.Meanwhile,a series of work were conducted by using BIM modeling software,including carrying out the forward design of Jiushui East Road Station,analyzing structural component building,structural reinforcement and engineering quantity calculation.The solutions for the structural design using BIM technology were summarized and could be served as a reference for future subway design.
