摘要
目的探讨使用人工应用强化护理模式对经切开复位钢板内固定术治疗的跟骨骨折患者的临床应用价值.方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月于本院骨科进行就诊的跟骨骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采用病例对照研究,对病例组患者人工应用强化护理模式,对照组应用常规护理模式,分析对比两组患者护理后的并发症发生情况和护理满意度差异.结果病例组患者护理后的并发症发生情况和护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论人工应用强化护理模式可有效地帮助跟骨骨折患者术后快速恢复,减少并发症的发生,改善医患关系.
Objective This paper aims to explore the clinical application value of artificial application of intensive care model in patients with calcaneal fractures treated with open reduction and plate fixation.Methods 60 patients with calcaneal fractures who were treated in the department of orthopedics of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The case-control study was used to analyze and compare the differences in the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after nursing.Results The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the case group after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial application of intensive nursing mode can effectively help patients with calcaneal fractures recover quickly after operation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the doctor-patient relationship.
