摘要
[目的/意义]在网络信息时代快速发展的进程中,越来越多的大学生会通过非正式的网络平台表达自身或群体的诉求,为此高校因大学生非正式诉求表达引发网络舆情风险的案例屡见不鲜.[方法/过程]基于"精英型"成员计算方式和微信传播研究WCI模型的理论模型,构建了非正式诉求的表达行为特质模型,实证研究了非正式诉求的表达行为现状和特征.[结果/结论]实证研究结果显示,非正式诉求表达行为通常是为了引起关注,是学习和生活密切相关的情绪表达,而且强调了表达领袖的重要性.同时,提出了建立网络反馈监督机制、加强大学生思想政治教育和发挥学生干部舆论领袖作用等建议.
[Purpose/Significance]In the process of the rapid development of the network information age,more and more college students will express their own or group demands through informal network platforms.therefore,it is not uncommon for colleges and universities to cause the risk of online public opinion due to the informal expression of college students'demands.[Method/Process]Based on the"elite"member calculation method and the relevant theoretical models of Wechat communication research WCI model,this paper constructs a behavior trait model of informal appeal expression,and empirically studies the current situation and characteristics of informal appeal expression behavior.[Results/Conclusion]The results of empirical research based on informal appeal expression behavior show that informal appeal expression behavior is often to attract attention,which is generally emotional expression closely related to study and life,and emphasizes the importance of expressing leaders.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as establishing the network feedback supervision mechanism,strengthening the ideological and political education of college students,and giving full play to the role of student cadres as public opinion leaders.
