摘要
[目的/意义]互联网的快速发展催生了网络直播行业在带动直播经济快速发展的同时,也滋生了一些依靠网络直播进行的违法犯罪活动.这些活动既阻碍了网络直播产业发展,也严重地扰乱了社会秩序,有必要进行深入分析,以保障网络直播产业健康发展及和谐稳定的社会秩序.[方法/过程]在对当前网络直播行业违法犯罪相关资料进行整合的基础上,概括当前网络直播相关案件的主要类型,分析防治困境并提出相应完善对策.[结果/结论]网络直播违法犯罪主要涉及淫秽色情、诈骗、洗钱和侵犯知识产权等类型,针对此类违法犯罪行为,应当从完善法律规范、强化监管手段和净化外部环境等方面入手,实现对网络直播违法犯罪行为的有效治理.
[Purpose/Significance]The rapid development of the Internet has given birth to the rise of the network live broadcasting industry.While driving the rapid development of the webcast economy,it also gives rise to some illegal and criminal activities relying on webcast,which not only hinder the development of the webcast industry,but also seriously disrupt social order.It is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis on them.To ensure the healthy development of the network broadcast industry and a harmonious and stable social order.[Method/Process]On the basis of the integration of the current illegal and criminal information in the network live broadcasting industry,the main types of the current network live broadcasting related cases are summarized,their prevention and control difficulties are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.[Results/Concluslon]Online live broadcast crimes mainly involve pornography,fraud,money laundering,infringement of intellectual property rights and other types.In view of such illegal and criminal behaviors,we should improve the legal norms,strengthen the supervision means,purify the external environment and other aspects to achieve effective governance of network live broadcast illegal and criminal activities.
