摘要
[目的/意义]互联网平台经济的高速发展,深刻改变了现实世界的运行模式,互联网信息平台私权力的无序扩张,对网络安全、公民合法权益的保障带来了重大影响.[方法/过程]互联网信息平台事实上的私权力,应从明确用户数字权利、完善传统权利救济机制、加强国家对平台监管等方面,实现对互联网信息平台私权力的综合规制.[结果/结论]互联网信息平台私权力在运行过程中,存在着危害网络空间安全、侵害用户权利的风险,必须正确引导并规范发展和使用.
[Purpose/Significance]The rapid development of the internet platform economy has profoundly changed the operating mode of the real world.The unregulated expansion of private power in internet information platforms has had a significant impact on network security and the protection of citizens'legal rights and interests.[Method/Process]The private power of internet information platforms should be comprehensively regulated by clarifying users'digital rights,improving traditional rights relief mechanisms,and strengthening national platform supervision.[Results/Conclusion]The private power of internet information platforms poses risks to the security of cyberspace and the infringement of user rights during operation.It must be correctly guided and regulated in its development and use.
