摘要
[目的/意义]在网络时代的背景下,电子文档数据安全成了亟待解决的重要挑战.目的在于探讨电子文档数据安全治理的策略,为组织提供一套有效的安全治理措施,以保护电子文档免受网络攻击、内部威胁、法律合规风险以及技术和管理滞后带来的影响.意义在于,随着电子文档在日常运营中的普遍使用,数据安全直接关系到组织的运营安全和数据隐私保护,对于维护网络安全环境、保障信息流通的安全性和高效性具有重要作用.[方法/过程]基于对数据治理、数据安全治理与数据合规的概念界定,分析了电子文档数据的特征及其在网络时代面临的安全风险和挑战.在此基础上,提出了安全治理策略:加强身份验证和访问控制、数据加密与泄露防护、定期安全审计与风险评估、员工安全意识教育和培训.[结果/结论]通过实施安全管理措施,可以有效地降低网络攻击和数据泄露的风险,减少内部威胁的可能性.不仅为电子文档数据安全治理提供了理论支持,也为实践中的安全管理提出了可行性建议.
[Purpose/Significance]In the context of the network era,electronic document data security has become a major challenge that needs to be addressed.The purpose of this study is to explore strategies for electronic document data security governance,aiming to provide organisations with a set of effective security governance measures to protect electronic documents from cyber-attacks,insider threats,legal compliance risks,and impacts brought about by technological and management lags.The significance lies in the fact that with the common use of electronic documents in daily operations,their data security is directly related to the operational security and data privacy protection of organisations,and plays an important role in maintaining the cybersecurity environment and guaranteeing the security and efficiency of information flow.[Method/Process]Based on the conceptual definitions of data governance,data security governance and data compliance,this study analyses the characteristics of electronic document data and the security risks and challenges it faces in the network era.On this basis,four major security governance strategies are proposed:strengthening authentication and access control,data encryption and leakage protection,regular security auditing and risk assessment,and employee security awareness education and training.[Results/Conclusion]Based on the proposed security governance strategies,the analysis results show that by implementing comprehensive security management measures,the risk of network attacks and data leakage can be effectively reduced,and the possibility of internal threats can be reduced.This study not only provides theoretical support for electronic document data security governance,but also puts forward feasible suggestions for security management in practice.
