摘要
目的研究"数字健共体"服务对社区老年高血压、糖尿病患者护理效果的影响.方法选取2020年8月-2021年8月期间天津市和平区社区90例老年高血压、糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各组45例.对照组给予常规服务,实验组在对照组基础上实施"数字健共体"服务,观察比较两组血压水平、血糖水平、护理满意度.结果服务后,2组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于服务前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);服务后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均服务前,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度88.89%%高于对照组75.56%(P<0.05).结论"数字健共体"服务可促进社区老年高血压、糖尿病患者血压和血糖水平下降,利于临床血糖和血压控制,且可提高护理满意度,实现确切的护理效果.
Objective To study the effect of“Digital health community”service on community nursing care of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus from August 2020 to August 2020 in Heping District 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine service,the experimental group was given“Digital health community”service on the basis of the control group,to observe and compare the blood pressure level,blood glucose level,nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After service,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before service,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),the satisfaction degree of the experimental group(88.89%)was higher than that of the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The“Digital health community”service can promote the decline of blood pressure and blood glucose level in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus in community,which is beneficial to the control of clinical blood glucose and blood pressure,and can improve the satisfaction degree of Nursing,to achieve the exact effect of nursing.
