摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学对临床医学本科生自主学习和学习投入的影响.方法:选取广州医科大学临床医学专业本科(2017级)大二学生共80名,随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组采用传统课程方法教学,实验组在传统课程基础上开设PBL课程.通过自主学习能力量表和学习投入量表评估学生的自主学习和学习投入情况.结果:实验组的自主学习和学习投入情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:PBL教学能显著提高医学生自主学习和学习投入.
Objective:To explore the influence of PBL on autonomous learning and learning engagement of clinical medical undergraduates.Methods:Total of 80 sophomores majoring in clinical medicine of Guangzhou Medical University(grade 2017)were randomly divided into control group and PBL group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the PBL group offered PBL course on the basis of the traditional course.The autonomous learning ability scale and learning engagement scale were used to evaluate students’autonomous learning and learning engagement.Results:PBL group’s autonomous learning and learning engagement were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL can significantly improve medical students’autonomous learning and learning engagement.
