摘要
目的观察造口袋冲洗联合氧疗在ICU大便失禁患者中的应用效果.方法选取我院2018年12月-2020年2月符合纳入标准的ICU大便失禁患者97例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为改良治疗组、治疗组和对照组.改良治疗组使用一件式造口袋及时冲洗并接负压引流装置和氧疗装置,治疗组使用一件式造口袋及时冲洗并接负压引流装置,对照组采用常规护理方法及时清洗,比较3组失禁相关性皮炎的发生情况、日均失禁护理时间及失禁护理用品费用.结果3组治疗前基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,3组失禁相关性皮炎发生率及严重程度、日均失禁护理时间、日均失禁护理用品费用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论造口袋冲洗联合氧疗能降低失禁相关性皮炎发生率和严重程度,减少ICU大便失禁患者失禁护理时间,节约失禁护理用品费用.
Objective To observe the effects of ostomy bag combined with irrigation and oxygen therapy in ICU patients with fecal incontinence.Methods 97 patients with fecal incontinence in ICU from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group,treatment group and modified treatment group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the treatment group received one-piece ostomy bag with irrigation and connecting with negative pressure drainage device,and the modified treatment group received one-piece ostomy bag with irrigation and connecting with negative pressure drainage device and oxygen therapy device.The incidence of incontinence associated dermatitis,average time of daily incontinence care and average cost of daily incontinence care supplies were compared among the three groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the basic data among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).The incidence and severity of incontinence associated dermatitis,the average time of daily incontinence care and the average cost of daily incontinence nursing supplies were significantly different among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ostomy bag combined with irrigation and oxygen therapy can reduce the incidence and severity of incontinence associated dermatitis,reduce the incontinence nursing time of ICU patients with fecal incontinence,and save the cost of incontinence care.
