摘要
目的了解武汉市致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为其防治提供依据.方法采用浸渍法测定致倦库蚊幼虫的抗药性;采用接触筒法以诊断剂量测定致倦库蚊成蚊抗药性.结果致倦库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯产生了抗性,抗性倍数分别为7.38和15.03;对高效氯氟氰菊酯、双硫磷、马拉硫磷、残杀威和苏云金杆菌表现为敏感,抗性倍数分别为1.92、1.62、1.83、2.15和1.07.致倦库蚊成蚊对溴氰菊酯和残杀威表现为抗性,对氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯表现为可能抗性,对马拉硫磷表现为敏感.结论武汉市致倦库蚊对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂产生不同程度的抗性,建议加强致倦库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性监测.
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides in Wuhan,and to provide basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods Dipping method was performed for the insecticide resistance test of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae,while tube contact method with diagnostic doses was for the insecticide resistance test of Culex quinquefasciatus adults.Results Culex quinquefasciatus larvae developed resistance to deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin,with resistance ratios of 7.38 and 15.03 respectively,but maintained sensitivity to lambda-cyhalothrin,temephos,malathion,propoxur and Bacillus thuringiensis isralensis(Bti),with resistance rates of 1.92,1.62,1.83,2.15 and 1.07 respectively.Culex quinquefasciatus adults were resistant to deltamethrin and propoxur,probable resistant to permethrin and beta-cypermethrin,and susceptible to malathion.Conclusion Culex quinquefasciatus in Wuhan developed varying level of resistance to different pyrethroid insecticides.It is recommended to strengthen the resistance surveillance of Culex quinquefasciatus to commonly used insecticides.
