摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法选择2013年8月-2014年8月84例老年阴道炎患者,采用中药内服加中药外洗法治疗,同时针对无肝脏疾病及无雌激素依赖性疾病患者,给予倍美力软膏0.5g外涂,晚睡前加甲硝唑栓1粒塞入阴道内.结果84例患者中,痊愈68例,有效13例,无效3例.结论中西医结合的治疗老年性阴道炎,能迅速控制症状,又可巩固疗效,值得借鉴.
Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and westem medicine treatment for senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with senile vaginitis were given peroral treatment and extermal cleaning of Chinese traditional medicine,and external treatment of 0.5 g premarin ointment and endovaginal administration of metronidazole suppositories were given to those patients without liver dysfunction.Results Out of 84 patients,fully recovery in 68 cases,partial recovery in 13 cases recovered and no efficacy in 3 cases.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment is effective in controlling symptoms and consolidating curative effect in the treatment of senile vaginitis.
