摘要
中巴经济走廊作为"一带一路"建设的旗舰项目,从2013年提出至今已有6年时间并取得明显成效,同时也逐渐显露出一些问题。认真总结中巴能源合作的经验,分析合作中存在的风险,研究应对方案,一方面有助于推进中巴之间在能源领域的进一步合作,另一方面也可以对我国"一带一路"其他项目的推进提供很好的借鉴。
CPEC( China-Pakistan Economic Corridor), the flagship project of "the Belt and Road " construction, has been implemented for six years and achieved remarkable results. At the same time,there still remain some risks. This paper presents a careful reviewof the experience in energy cooperation and an analysis of the risks and countermeasures. Such an endeavor is on the one hand helpful to promote further energy cooperation between China and Pakistan,and on the other provides a good reference for other energy cooperations in China’s Belt and R oad construction.
