摘要
夏秋茶资源利用率低已成为制约茶产业转型升级的关键共性问题,严重阻碍了茶产业高质量发展,为突破夏秋茶产业发展瓶颈,实现夏秋茶高值化利用,本文通过系统综述夏秋茶六大基本茶加工技术现状,指出夏秋茶产业发展面临的问题,提出相应的解决方案和发展方向,从而促进茶叶可持续发展。
The low utilization rate of summer and autumn tea resources has become a key common problem that restricts the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry,to break through the summer tea industry development bottleneck,realize summer tea high value utilization,this paper through the system review summer tea six basic tea processing technology,points out that the problems facing the tea industry development,put forward the corresponding solutions and development direction,so as to promote the sustainable development of tea.
