摘要
高校思政课是实现立德树人育人目标的重要基础,思政课教师队伍是影响思政课教育教学质量的主导性因素。研究分析提出当前高校思政课教师教学能力不足的三个主要方面:理论教学基本功不扎实,实践教学技能薄弱,意识形态工作能力不强。思政课教师教学能力提升是一个系统工程,高校党委要高度重视思政课教师队伍建设,切实提高思政课教师意识形态工作能力、理论教学能力、实践教学能力和运用新媒体技术教学的能力,从而全面提高思政课教师教学能力,落实立德树人根本任务,为党育人,为国育才,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
The ideological and political theory course is the important foundation for achieving the goal of fostering virtue through education.Teachers can be dominant factor influencing the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses.Through analysis the study brings up the current three major aspects of inadequacy in the teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities:lack of basic skills in theoretical teaching,lack of practical teaching skills and lack of ideological work skills.It is a systematic project to improve the teaching ability of the ideological and political theory course teachers and Party committees of colleges and universities should attach great importance to the construction of the teaching staff for ideological and political theory courses.Work should be done to improve the teachers′ideological work skills,theoretical teaching skills,practical teaching skills and the skills to teach with the new media technology so as to bring the overall teaching ability of the ideological and political course teachers to a higher level,contributing to fulfilling the essential task of fostering virtue through education and educating people to be all-around talents for the Party and the country and to work for and be successors of the socialist cause.
