摘要
新时代,就业是最大的民生工程。在大学生就业率基本稳定的前提下,如何提高高校毕业生就业质量给当前的就业工作提出了新的挑战。从社会需求的角度出发,当前的就业存在学生认知偏差、就业服务缺乏精准性、学生能力不足等问题,需通过就业形势研判、就业服务质量提升、人才培养方案改革等多个途径逐步提升大学生的就业质量。
In the new era,employment is our party′s biggest livelihood project,ranking first among stability in 6 key areas.On the premise that the employment rate of college students is basically stable,how to improve the employment quality of college graduates poses new challenges to the current employment work.From the perspective of social needs,there are some problems in current employment,such as students′cognitive bias,inaccurate employment information,and students′inadequate ability.We need to gradually improve the employment quality of college students through various ways,such as employment situation research and judgment,improving the quality of employment services,and reforming personnel training programs.
