摘要
乡村振兴背景下农林人才培养面临新的机遇与挑战。面对新时代乡村振兴人才需求,农林高校人才培养中最突出的问题是人才实践能力培养不足,这一问题出现与农林高校的人才培养观念落后、培养能力不足、理论教学与实践教学脱节、实践教学投入不足等原因密切相关,亟须探索一条更好地服务乡村振兴战略实现的农林人才实践能力培养之路。研究认为,农林人才实践能力培养模式完善是一个系统工程,需从强化实践育人理念、完善培养方案、构建实践能力培养课程体系、强化实践师资队伍建设与资源培育整合、加强产学研与实践育人融合等多方面共同着手。
Under the background of rural revitalization,the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents is facing new opportunities and challenges.Meeting the demand for rural revitalization talents in the new era,the most prominent problem in the training of talents in agricultural and forestry universities is the need for practical ability training of talents.This problem is closely related to backward ideas,insufficient training ability,the disjunction between theoretical and practical teaching,and insufficient investment in practical education in agricultural and forestry universities.It is urgent to explore a way to serve the realization of rural revitalization strategy better.The study holds that the improvement of the training mode of practical ability of agricultural and forestry talents is a systematic project,which should be started from the following aspects:strengthening the concept of practical education,improving the training program,constructing the curriculum system of practical ability training,strengthening the integration of the construction of practical teaching staff and resource cultivation,and strengthening the integration of production,learning,research,and practical education.
