摘要
建立气相色谱质谱法测定环境水样中百菌清及拟除虫菊酯类农药的不确定度评定方法,对测定过程中标准溶液、校准曲线、重复性测量、量器、仪器等引入的不确定度进行了评估,并计算了合成相对不确定度和扩展不确定度,为气相色谱质谱法测定环境水样中百菌清及拟除虫菊酯类农药的实验室质量控制和不确定度评定提供参考依据。
This paper established a method for evaluating uncertainty of chlorothalonil and pyrethroid pesticides in environmental water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.in the measurement process were analyzed,including standard solution,standard curve,repeatability measurement,glassware and instrument.Meanwhile,the synthetic uncertainty and final expanded uncertainty were calculated.It can provide reference for quality control and uncertainty evaluation of chlorothalonil and pyrethroid pesticides in environmental water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
