摘要
文章研究采用无泡低温防沾皂洗剂FK-808对活性棉织物进行皂洗工艺整理,通过测试皂洗剂用量、温度、时间、种类、颜色以及皂洗织物品种等因素及其对棉织物牢度的影响,得出最佳适用的工艺如下:FK-808用量3g/L,皂洗温度为65℃,皂洗时间为15min。其在活性棉织物上具有优异的防沾皂洗功能,而且无泡。
This paper studies the soaping process arrangement of reactive cotton fabric with foamless low temperature antiseize soap lotion FK-808.The effects of soaping lotion dosage,temperature,time,type,color and soaping fabric varieties on cotton fabric fastness are tested.The optimal process is as follows:the dosage of FK-808 is 3 g/L,the soaping temperature is 65℃,and the soaping time is 15 min.It has excellent antiseize soap lotion and foamless properties on reactive cotton fabrics.
